Visa Information

Participants who request an official invitation letter with the Conference Chair's signature to obtain a visa should have their request endorsed by the management of their sponsoring organization (signed by an appropriate representative of their laboratory, institute, or university) on official letterhead, and should include passport information.

The information should include:

• Endorsement Letter
• Full Name
• Affiliation (university) and position
• Place of work, address, phone, fax, and e-mail
• Place of permanent residence, phone, fax, and e-mail
• Period of stay in China
• Route (including any cities you'd like to visit in China)
• Passport Information
• Full Name
• Passport number and place of issue
• Expiration date of the passport
• Place and date of birth
• Gender (male or female)
• Copy of the first page of the passport with photo
