Important Notes for Publishing Papers in China Communications:
1. Submission instructions
Authors should prepare a Microsoft Word version of their paper according to this template.
Main conference paper must not exceed the limit of 9 pages (by template) including text, figures and references. Workshop paper must not exceed the limit of 3 pages (by template).

2. Page Charge
Papers submitted to us will be handle by editorial typesetting, so the final number of publication pages is probably different from your submission. The page charge calculation is on the basis of the final publication pages.
After the submission, we will notify the number of final publication pages, so if your paper exceeds the limit, you still have the right to shorten and submit your paper again before the submission deadline.
Main conference paper not exceed 8 publication pages charges 4800RMB($705), and workshop paper not exceed 3 publication pages charges 1800RMB($265). Extra page charges 1200RMB($175) per page.
Examples:
Paper A, main conference, not more than 8 publication pages, charges 4800RMB.
Paper B, main conference, 9 publication pages, charges 4800+1200*1=5400RMB.
Paper C, workshop, not more than 3 publication pages, charges 1800RMB.
Paper D, workshop, 4 publication pages, charges 1800+1200*1=3000RMB.
